Description

These are genuine Arbortech replacement blade bolts for the AllSaw AS160, AS170, and AS175 reciprocating brick, mortar, and stone saws. The bevelled M6 x 10mm conical seating face is a special purpose-machined design — standard hex socket cap screws will not work and may damage the blade or tool. Sold as a four-pack so you can replace the full bolt set at every blade swap, keeping your AllSaw operating to spec. Requires the Arbortech Allen torque key for proper torque application.

Features:

  • Genuine Arbortech replacement parts engineered specifically for AllSaw blade clamping
  • Bevelled (countersunk, conical seating face) design — not interchangeable with standard hex socket cap screws
  • Pack of 4 — replaces the full bolt set in one transaction
  • Compatible with Arbortech AllSaw AS160, AS170, and AS175 models
  • M6 x 10mm specification

Specifications:

  • Bolt Size: M6 x 10mm
  • Style: Countersunk / bevelled (conical seating face)
  • Quantity: 4 bolts per pack
  • Material: Steel (Arbortech proprietary spec)
  • Application: Blade fastening on Arbortech AllSaw models

Compatibility:

  • Arbortech AllSaw AS160 (legacy model)
  • Arbortech AllSaw AS170
  • Arbortech AllSaw AS175 (current model)

Required Tool:

  • Arbortech Allen torque key (sold separately) is required to properly tighten these bolts to spec

Warnings:

  • Do NOT substitute standard M6 hex socket cap screws — the conical seating face is a proprietary specification, and using non-specified bolts may damage the blade, the tool, or both
  • Always use the Arbortech Allen torque key to tighten — over-torquing or under-torquing can cause blade slippage or hardware failure during use
