2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Shipping fees (if applicable) areΒ non-refundableΒ unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us, aΒ partial refundΒ may be issued at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item:

Returns for in-store purchases follow the same policy. Please bring your item and receipt to our store during business hours.
