At Art’s Tool Sales and Service of Niagara Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we’ll do our best to make it right.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return items purchased from our store or website (artstoolsales.com).
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must request the return within 30 days of the purchase date.

You must provide a proof of purchase or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Special orders or custom products

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Gift cards

Opened or used consumables (e.g., bits, blades, lubricants)

Items not purchased directly from Art’s Tool Sales
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before attempting to send it back.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.

Return the item either in-store or by mail to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or offer store credit if a replacement is unavailable
5. In-Store Purchases
Returns for in-store purchases follow the same policy. Please bring your item and receipt to our store during business hours.
