We currently ship within Canada. If you require international shipping, please contact us directly at sales@artstoolsales.com or call (905) 646-0728 for a custom quote.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there is a delay due to stock availability or other reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

Orders for pickup will be ready generally same day in some cases it may be within 1–2 business days . We will notify you via email or phone when your order is ready.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on courier delays, weather, or remote delivery areas.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
