Thermcoat Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Spray Foam

This single-component PU spray foam provides high-performance thermal and sound insulation for buildings, homes, and a wide range of other applications. Its spray-on application creates a continuous insulation layer without joints, seams, or gaps, helping reduce thermal bridging and improve energy efficiency.

Designed for use with an applicator gun, the foam adheres to a wide variety of building materials and is ideal for uneven surfaces and hard-to-reach areas where traditional insulation methods may be difficult to install. With a thermal conductivity of 0.025 W/(m·K), it delivers excellent insulating performance and can be applied in multiple layers to achieve the desired thickness.

Application Instructions:

1. Allow the can to reach room temperature for at least 12 hours before use.

2. Shake the can thoroughly and attach it to a compatible applicator gun.

3. Select the appropriate nozzle for wall or roof applications.

4. Maintain the recommended spraying distance: 30–45 cm for vertical surfaces and 15–20 cm for ceilings.

5. Apply in multiple layers, allowing appropriate curing between layers. A total thickness of 5 cm is recommended, achieved with at least three layers.

6. Clean the applicator gun and nozzles immediately after use.

Application Temperature: +5°C to +30°C
Optimal Can Temperature: +20°C

Storage and Handling:

• Store between +5°C and +25°C to help maintain shelf life.

• Keep the can upright during storage and transportation.

• Protect cured foam from ultraviolet exposure by applying a suitable paint or coating for outdoor use.

• Be aware that lower temperatures can reduce coverage and affect curing time.
