Diablo Steel Demon Cermet II saw blades are engineered for high-performance cutting of metal and stainless steel using cordless or corded circular saws. Cermet II teeth combine ceramic and metallic materials to deliver high heat tolerance, increased hardness, and long-lasting wear resistance.
Compared with standard grinding discs, these blades deliver up to 25X longer life, 50X cooler cuts, and 10X faster cutting. The Triple Chip Grind produces precise, burr-free cuts with fewer sparks, while the controlled cutting action generates larger chips and less dust and airborne contaminants.
The blade's Laser-Cut Stabilizer Vents, Tri-Metal Shock Resistant Brazing, Thin Kerf design, and Perma-SHIELD® coating work together to reduce vibration, heat buildup, and blade deflection for smooth, accurate cuts.
