The Diablo Rebar Demon™ SDS-Plus 4-Cutter Full Carbide Head Hammer Drill Bit is engineered for drilling fast, precise holes in reinforced concrete. Its impact-resistant 4-cutter full-carbide head is designed to handle rebar strikes while maintaining controlled carbide wear, reduced vibration, and long-lasting performance.

Featuring Diablo Dura-Carbide™, the bit contains up to 2X more carbide and can withstand temperatures up to 1,800°F, helping it perform under the extreme heat generated when drilling through rebar. The Tri-Metal Fusion Welding process creates a strong connection between the carbide head and bit body to help prevent breakage during heavy-impact applications.

An optimized flute design quickly removes dust and debris to help keep the carbide head cooler, while the Precision Tip provides stability for accurate hole placement. A built-in wear mark indicator helps ensure precise hole sizing throughout the bit's service life.
